Adam Casto
Co-Founder & Business Mentor
As an experienced business leader, investor and serial entrepreneur, Adam brings invaluable sales & marketing insight, and business building mentorship to the AROMAGIC LIFE team. Believing that people are any company's biggest asset, he has a passion for working with and helping others find success and fulfillment in what they do each day.
In addition to AROMAGIC LIFE, Adam is also the EVP of Sales & Marketing for XOLogic and the current owner of Healthy Greens, LLC which operates franchised juice bar restaurants called I Love Juice Bar.
Throughout his career, Adam has held a variety of senior leadership positions, including the Chief Revenue Officer for a ERP software company, called DevonWay, and the EVP of Business Development for MediConnect Global, a medical record retrieval and health information exchange, sold in March 2012 for nearly $380M (now called Verscend Technologies).
As an entrepreneur, Adam was the co-founding partner of Rees Capital, an angel investment and advisory firm that invested in and worked with entrepreneurs to drive their company growth through strategic direction and one-on-one mentorship.
Adam earned a business marketing degree from Weber State University, where he was both an athletic and academic all-conference athlete and captain of the Wildcats’ football team. Outside of work, Adam loves to spend time outdoors with family and friends –snowboarding in the winter, and on his boat in the summer. He is married to Maryann and together they have five beautiful children.

Product Expert & Health Coach
Maryann was raised in a home where alternative healing was second nature. Being open minded to learn about all types of holistic healing, she has raised her own family of five children with an energetic and alternative view point.
Maryann's first creative business pursuit was as a licensed cosmetologist. The instant gratification of making women look and feel beautiful, as well as forming personal friendships, was addicting. Maryann then started The Refined Hare, an event planning and interior decorating company, helping her clients make the world around them beautiful. The before and after transformations achieved in these ventures were very fulfilling.
As the Product Expert & Wellness Coach for AROMAGIC LIFE, Maryann's focus has now shifted to transforming people's health; helping them feel better physically and emotionally. She most recently studied at the Institute of Integrated Health to become a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach. She is also opening juice bars with her husband, Adam, to help spread the wellness movement through juice fasting and healthy food choices.
Though she has a range of alternative healing knowledge, Maryann is passionate in her focus on essential oils and their complimentary support with nutrition. She is a dōTERRA product specialist and teaches classes on how to use essential oils simply and effectively in your everyday life. She loves giving back through service and being part of a company that magically changes lives.
